Nimos Websites ("we", "us") operates nimoswebsites.com from Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Contact information you give us. Name, email, phone, business name, and whatever you write in a brief or contact form.
- Analytics events. Pages viewed, referrer, basic device and browser type. These events are not used to identify you personally.
- Project data for clients. Content and account access needed to build and host your site, collected only with your knowledge.
Why we collect it
To answer briefs, deliver and maintain your site, and learn which pages help and which don't. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without consent.
Third parties
The site is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions and project data are stored in Supabase Postgres. Analytics events are recorded by our analytics provider. These processors handle data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. Payments, where relevant, run through Stripe or Shopify; we do not store card numbers.
Retention
Enquiries are kept while we work with you and for a reasonable period after, so we can service the account. Ask us to delete yours and we will. Analytics are retained in aggregate form.
Your rights
Ask what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, or have it deleted — use the site form or the contact details there. We respond within 30 days. If you are in Canada, you also have rights under PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act); this policy is written to meet it.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to stored data is limited to the people and systems that need it to run your project.
